Microsystem Technology

The Division of Microsystem Technology ( MST) is part of the Department of Engineering Sciences. We do research and teach miniaturized systems with sensors and actuators as an interdisciplinary extension of microelectronics in areas such as mechanics, optics, electromagnetism and fluid mechanics.
